- Partially assembled: Our bed frames are delivered partially assembled for ease of transport. The base arrives fully assembled, while the headboard is packaged separately and requires simple at-home assembly. All necessary bolts and an Allen key are included for quick and easy attachment.
- Please ensure that you carefully measure all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and access routes leading to the room where the bed base will be placed (especially for Queen and King sizes). Our bed bases are delivered as a single, fully assembled piece and cannot be dismantled. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the bed base will fit through all access points before placing an order. Salt&Timber Designs cannot be held liable if delivery is not possible due to insufficient access.
- All visible components of our bed bases are crafted from the wood selection and we use 100% solid wood on all of our furniture. We do not use veneer or engineered wood. Only the internal support structure, such as mattress slats and sub-frame elements, is made from high-quality pine. We prioritise uncompromised quality and true solid-wood construction.
