At Salt&Timber Designs, we take great pride in our handcrafted, made-to-order products. As each order is custom-made, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed. Please ensure that your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Manufacturing Errors
If there is a manufacturing defect or error with your product, we ask that you contact us within 6 months of your purchase. We will assess the issue to determine whether it is a genuine manufacturing defect. Following our review, we will decide whether to correct, exchange, or refund the product.
Natural Variations in Wood
Our furniture is crafted from solid wood, a natural material that features unique grain patterns, textures, and color variations. As a result, no two pieces will ever be identical. Customers should expect natural differences in wood grain, knots, color variations, and other organic characteristics. These natural features are an inherent part of solid wood furniture and are not considered defects or manufacturing faults.
Additionally, slight imperfections such as small knots, minor surface irregularities, or natural variations in texture may be present. These are part of the beauty of real wood and do not impact the durability or quality of the furniture. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural characteristics, understanding that your piece will be one of a kind.

Delivery Fees
Please note that we do not offer refunds on delivery fees, as we use third-party outsourced delivery services.
